Open Arms was founded in 2015 by Diane and Christina to provide Hanover and surrounding communities with a welcoming, safe, judgment-free environment where individuals and families can begin to heal.
Our story

Our desire was to give people the tools and resources needed to maintain recovery, enable lasting change, and live a life with joy, purpose, and self-worth.
We want each client to choose their path to recovery and meet them where they are on their journey. When individuals walk through our doors, they are welcomed with open arms.

We believe in harm reduction, collaboration, and dignity. We offer medication for substance use disorder as well as drug-free treatment, with care shaped around each person’s goals.
